From first inspection to final invoice, here's how it works.
Insurance claims are confusing the first time. We complete more than 1,000 inspections a year, and we'll be on your roof — and at your adjuster meeting — so nothing gets missed.
Free inspection
A BGC project manager inspects your roof, gutters, siding and interior for hail and wind damage.
Photo report
You get documented findings with photos and measurements, plus an honest answer on whether a claim makes sense.
Adjuster meeting
If you file, we meet your insurance adjuster on-site to make sure all damage is seen and recorded.
Scope & schedule
We review the approved scope with you, help you pick materials and colors, and lock in a build date.
Build day
Landscaping protected, old roof removed, new system installed, magnetic nail sweep and a walkthrough with you.
Closeout
We send completion paperwork to your insurer so held-back depreciation can be released, and register your warranty.
