I have nothing but praise for the roofing job that BGC Expert Contractors did for our house. Their staff was professional, organized, and efficient. Sully and his team guided us through the insurance process for replacing our roof and provided excellent customer service, answered all of our questions thoroughly and responded to correspondence in a timely manner. The entire roofing process, from removing our old roof to placing the new roof, took only a matter of hours. Their crew took the time to meticulously comb our yard for any debris that may have missed their tarps, and we didn't find even a single nail on our property once they were gone. Customer service training here must be excellent because the way they treat their customers is second to none. The gentlemen who arrived were very respectful and polite (ex: asking for permission before doing anything). You can tell that safety is also a top priority. The roofers made sure they had protection in place before climbing on top. They even cleaned up after they finished! 5 stars!
