Workmanship Warranties

All architectural shingle roofing systems come with a 5 year workmanship warranty

All 3-tab shingle roofing systems come with a 2 year workmanship warranty

Should a mistake occur due to defects in workmanship that results in leakage or loss in shingles, BGC Experts Contractors guarantees to replace or repair any damages without any expense to the homeowner. BGC Experts Contractors must be given an adequate chance to repair the damage before any other contractor is used.

The warranty items must be repaired by BGC Experts Contractors, and the homeowner is required to notify BGC Experts Contractors within 48 hours after the problem has been discovered.

This warranty covers workmanship only. BGC Experts Contractors will not be liable for damages due to wind driven rain, animal invasion, natural wear and tear, including but not limited to fungus, bacteria, infestation, UV degradation, rust or corrosion resulting in metal or wood decay, as well as new hail and wind damage and other natural disasters.

GAF Warranties

BGC Experts Contractors is a Master Elite certified installer for GAF. Master Elite Contractor status is only offered to less than 2% of roofing contractors in North America. Those who have earned this designation have exhibited an uncompromising commitment to the highest standards in sales, service and installation, and have pledged to ensure that each customer receives the best choice in roofing. Master Elite Contractors are authorized to offer any GAF enhanced limited warranty.
